Our Story

Founded in 1967 by Charles and Wendy Faso, our agency began with a mission to deliver dependable, personalized insurance services to the local community.

In 1989, the agency became a corporation, and in 1998, Michael Shady, Charles (CJ) Faso Jr., and Kim Faso-Tucker joined the leadership — strengthening our family-driven legacy.

Today, we serve more than 2,500 families and over 400 businesses throughout Erie and Niagara Counties and across New York State.
